@westpac your service sucks . Every couple of weeks I get logged out of my internet banking and then waste hours resetting password. If I go to a branch I am told call 132142 & when you call this number the phone is disconnected. You need to do a lot ā€¦.

@Westpac @vmesc4pe @Bartjenniskens @troyhunt @RedCrossEU @Suncorp That's great - while disappointing passphrases still can't be used as spaces aren't allowed, boosting to allow up to 30 characters and having special characters is definitely a welcome change from being forced to only have 6 characters that were numbers or letters previously.
