Wow, @Westpac, thanks for the $15 overdrawn fee. Making poor people poorer is SO much fucking fun, isn’t it? My account gets overdrawn once a year or once every 2 years because I’m careful, but OH NO, you HAVE to punish me.

@westpac your service sucks . Every couple of weeks I get logged out of my internet banking and then waste hours resetting password. If I go to a branch I am told call 132142 & when you call this number the phone is disconnected. You need to do a lot ….

@Westpac @vmesc4pe @Bartjenniskens @troyhunt @RedCrossEU @Suncorp That's great - while disappointing passphrases still can't be used as spaces aren't allowed, boosting to allow up to 30 characters and having special characters is definitely a welcome change from being forced to only have 6 characters that were numbers or letters previously.

@Westpac it's funny that bank branches complain about not interacting with people face to face Yet they're happy for them to do online banking Then why would yous close the bank branches then ?
