@VodafoneAU - Is there an outage in Leichhardt (2040). We have 3 Vodafone mobiles (different accounts) all experiencing issues in our house . Can't make outbound phone calls. Incoming calls sporadic. Data fine

@VodafoneAU @paul18779 I would let love to enjoy my weekend if I could get my upgrade phone that I ordered over a month ago. After 4 calls to the service centre over that time to be told it will be there in 3 days every time. 25 years with Vodafone this is how I get treated.

Used Live Chat in the @VodafoneAU app to ask, and can't even get a new activation through chat. Will try calling in the morning before work because it'd be really inconvenient without a phone during the day. Sigh.

What are you meant to do when you crack your screen? Like, if the answer is "spend two days straight on the phone to customer support and then submitting to the local phone repair guy for half the cost of the phone" like fine, but I'd rather know. @VodafoneAU We gonna dance?Related Services
