@MRowlandMP since 4 years thousands of families have moved in Clyde north, no mobile phone coverage there, it’s really frustrating. Can you please act? @Telstra @Optus @VodafoneAU

@VodafoneAU I've just sent you a DM. I still have no service when I put the sim into the new phone either so I'd appreciate a response when possible. Unfortunately it looks like another night on 1555 for 3 hours :(

Well done to @VodafoneAU for sending me my new phone and the IMEI is blocked. Who even does that?? Now have to wait for “back end” to unlock it and will be potentially be without a phone for 24 hours. Which isn’t great for somebody who is disabled! On hold now for an hour+

@chatsbury @miriamcosic @Bupa @VodafoneAU Your lucky. I came to Vodafone with my non-working 4G phone. Service guy said that my phone would not work anymore & I have to buy a new one. After some digging, I found a hidden VOLTE setting & enabled it. My phone started working. Vodafone’s ppl need to uplift their skills

Through my experience @VodafoneAU are a bunch of liars that don't care about doing their jobs, nor giving their customers the phones that they paid for. No wonder they spell phone with a F because if it was spelled correctly it would be false advertisement and admit to be a phony
