@virginmedia Broadband has been working fine for ages with 0 issues at all till today when was working fine earlier today then all the sudden keeps loosing connection and keeps flashing then does the reboot green light stuff then works for 15 mins then back down again

@virginmedia Hi, we have tried absolutely everything with our internet box and whatever we do it just won’t work, it is flashing green with 2 green arrows, and the earliest a tech can come out is Tuesday! we need the internet for work etc please help.

@virginmedia Not sure, there is much point … I have spoke to many people from Virgin including complaints department … nobody gives a 2 hoots … as long as we’re paying. Your Wi-Fi router is terrible, 1/3 of the house receive no broadband, but you won’t send a booster.
