@Verizon 5G home internet sucks. You don't get the advertised speed after 2 weeks. Can't even scroll my phone without constant buffering. Also, if you send one of those stupid bot replies, I'm reporting you. All of my research says this is common practice With V5G home internet.

if you want the absolute worst customer service, join @Verizon .. for even worse service, switch from their postpaid to prepaid @VerizonSupport and try get help for linked services like fios internet. I don't know how their denial of service to loyal customers is legal.
