Continue @UScellularCares story. I was like what the fuck kind of customer service is that. I am a customer service agent by trade and you donā€™t talk to your customers like that. I asked to have these charges waived and they refuse even after this disrespect.

My phone was canceled by @UScellularCares in November even though I was behind by a hundred and they refused to turn it back on. When I did get it back on it took them 6 days before they would turn it back on. I get my bill in December it was over 400.

Continue @UScellularCares. They have no empathy and that is the biggest thing a customer needs when they are going through hell. US CELLUAR donā€™t give a shit. I know one thing I am so going to find another company that has some fucking empathy for customers.
