Yesterday i booked an uber for package delivery, the #Uber delivery agent did not delivered the package , we made a police complaint immediately, today he got arrested by the police.Tried contacting #Uber and their replies were just auto generated messages.

Having worst experience day by day with #uber Today i booked an intercity service from Uber app (promising to assign a driver in 5) have not been able to do it for the last 40 mins. 3 times the driver was assigned and all of them asks the destination n then cancels the request.

Hey @Uber drove out of his lanes and didn't signal at all, we got to our first stop a dispensary weedstilla, the map took us to the wrong spot (a field in the middle of no-where) and then he drove 20 minutes out of the way looking for it

From EDC to town is only $60 surcharge plus meter in a taxi. This taxi cab driver hasn't had a ride out…

Hey @Uber , you guys need to start bringing down drivers scores when they make you wait 15mins for a pickup and cancel the ride 4 mins before they get to you. How, in any way, is that fair to the customer? I’m getting so sick of this @Uber_Support
