@Uber @Uber_Support @dkhos Since the Uber driver app is no longer giving a countdown timer when you arrive to pickup a passenger, that means that Uber has changed another MAJOR policy without informing the people who the new policy will affect. Why give riders unlimited time?

Or are any fees involved in between calculating that as in tolls, airport fees, any other special fees that grew YoY? Is it true driver earnings growth? Or fee inflation?

Y’all be careful and check your @uber account and credit card charges. I’ve been being charged small amounts over the past 8 months and no one in customer service can tell me why or who is making these charges. Instead they are implying it’s a family member and to check with them
