@Uber_India @Uber This Toto Driver was a good guy and he came to my location in time but i got a shock when the total fare popped up. While i booked the ride for 93rs the total came upto 107rs for no apparent reason if the cancellation charged was actually 'cancelled'.

@Uber_India @Uber I wrote a long paragraph explaining everything what happened yet i didnt get any response from their service personnel. After a few moments the app wasnt showing the cancellation charges anymore so i book a ride again not knowing what was going to happen

@khan_sanie @Uber is a different case than Telenor. Indriver and bykea charges and model are much better than Uber and Careem and majority of people are using Indriver and Bykea.

@Uber_India I was disappointed with your service on monday, i wasn't well so decided 2 take a cab back home. After accepting the rides, 2-3 cabs cancelled the trip. instead of finding a new ride 4 me, u cancelled my trip. Moral: In case of trouble, don't trust Uber. @Uber
