@Uber then asks me for the driver information (I’m locked out of my account). This happened on Thursday. Here we are days later with still no explanation as to WHY I am locked out of my account and have no access to my account and my receipts.

My @Uber driver drove BACKWARDS on a main road then tried to drop me off at the back of a hotel at 11:45 pm. I asked to be dropped at the front the driver then drove BACKWARDS again and started cussing and yelling at me. Uber has locked me out of my account with no explanation.

So @followlasg Lagos government is arresting @Uber users because @Uber refused to give them access to their API. So rather than go after the company They went after the users If Nigeria is not a shithole let me know. What the actual mental issues is this

okay what is going on with @Uber the worst customer service of life, spending over $11,000 a year and no one can give you a straight answer about anything in regards to being overcharged or anything else for that matter. it’s always a condescending excuse
