@txuenergy earlier today, TXU energy disconnected my power due to a system error. When I called TXU (1-800-818-6132) to report this, I was assured that my power would be reconnected within 2 hours (at the latest). That was 3.5 hours ago. It’s 46 degrees in Texas.

Yall are taking food off of people's tables with high rates and passing on costs. I have lived in 4 other states and was never ever worried about my elec bill.
