@TomTom I had a issue with my Go Premium last week after it shut down on me while being used, all working & bluetooth connected again expect for the traffic which now says "Service Unavailable" I've double checked all settings but still traffic won't work!

@TomTom I’ve put a 32T weight into my Tomtom Pro but it keeps taking my down 7.5T roads. Any ideas?

@TomTom not wondering that you want to stop navigation equipment. The service was bad, last update for the Rider kills the date/time function an with the PC SW updates no own planning routes can be downloaded to the Rider anymore. So who wants to buy TomTom again?

@TomTom why has my TomTom app started to come up with “address not found” for addresses I have always been able to navigate to, even some towns are not coming up. I have checked all settings, restarted the app, restarted my phone, deleted & redownloaded the UK maps?

@TomTom hello. I'm currently in France using a truck satnav. Three times in the last two days your device has shown a road in purple meaning I can't go down there when obviously I can. Could you tell me why this would happen please as its making my satnav unusable at the moment

Hi @TomTom Is MyDrive connect down? I can’t log in and get a message saying servers are busy. When will this be resolved?

@TomTom just used AmiGO got the first time in a while. I was on am A road here in the UK and instead of just breaking it down to four one nine seven it says four thousand one hundred and ninety-seven. Any A or B road more than two digits long should be broken down when said.

@TomTom if my SD card got stolen when I took the car for a wash, is there any way for me to download a replacement SD card in order for the Maps to work again?
