Missed half a day of work yesterday because of @Ask_Spectrum outages. Now it’s out AGAIN this morning? You guys have GOT to do better. You charge too much for services that are always going out, and choppy when they’re up.

@AverageAden @GetSpectrum They do most of their nonsense at night time to “disrupt less people” they also swear they don’t throttle. But if you accuse them of it, you see less problems for a decent while. My 2 cents. Sorry to hear of your terrible night.
