@KE2288 @Ask_Spectrum They're the absolute worst. Wouldn't let me negotiate my price so I switched providers, and within 1 month I was receiving offers in the mail that they would match competitor prices. Losers!

@Ask_Spectrum My self-owned modem got deactivated from your end after being used for a year or two. Now my internet is throttled and they cant activate it. I was emailed about maintenance from 6a to 4p but it is now 10p.
