@Padriac85 @TESOnline Some of us were told our accounts were permanently banned from ESO before finding out we've been locked out of our accounts for days during the Jubilee Event and Thieves Guild promotions. Through absolutely no fault of our own, because we merely logged into PTS. Sit. Down.
