@Telstra we have been without internet for 2 weeks since our move. It’s a big mess and all I want is for you to sort it, send an NBN tech out asap. But we are told to wait til Wednesday? Meantime we survive working from home on 3 G backup- we just want you to fix it

@Telstra Hi @Telstra regarding this. I’m being dispatched a new 5G modem but I am seeing issues on my phone 5G also. I believe you have an issue in the area starting from about 10:15 yesterday (30/4). Upload speed is a fraction of what it used to be. Also issues on my wife’s phone.

@connor_daren @Telstra On the nbn I only get 32 down and 6up. But it’s consistent. I should be happy really. Rural town so I can’t complain. Much better than yours though. I have two Xbox’s and my pc, all three of us can game comfortably.
