@jacojac @Telstra Their service is shit. Go to Optus. Service is marginally better but at least you won't have email issues 4 years after they disconnected you because of a hacking. Do companies actually think people never change email addresses?

@Telstra @sirbijan It's the exact same issue in Melbourne, I don't think it's an outage as it's been getting worse and worse the last few weeks. I think they have over subscribed the network and failed to invest in infrastructure.

Have been experiencing real slow speed on my @Telstra mobile plan; after asking their support for 3 times, they finally confirmed there has been a recent outage! An outage that seems covers whole Sydney CBD to kilometres into the west. An update would have been nice @Telstra

Honestly over @Telstra and my mobile data issue not being resolved. Can’t get hold of anyone on the phone and to use the app. Can’t use the app cause my bobble data works on and off.

@Telstra Yeah never had issues before on the line… the only black spot is at North Richmond station but otherwise the bandwidth has never been an issue. Home now so doesn’t matter but thanks for the response!

@Telstra Hi Beck, I am on a train and from about Reservoir it’s been poor… I am now at South Morang and have done speed tests stationary and moving and they appear consistent at that speed
