What a pathetic complaint resolution team does @StanChart @StanChartHelpIN has. After finding that your sales team is at fault, I am chasing your team since November 2023, and you guys have the guts to unilaterally close the ticket I had raised with RBI Ombudsman. @ZarinDaruwala
