Fraud by @StanChart @StanChartHelpIN . My card was due for renewal, I asked them to cancel as did not want paid card anymore, they said you can keep the card and bank will reverse the annual fee along with gst. Now they have charged the fees and no reversal done. 1/3

@StanChart @StanChartIN The bank has become a fraud since Covid & charges Interest rate along with associated GST regardless payment within the due date every month . Upon claim conveniently tags it as a ‘technical glitch’ & takes never ending time to revert the same. cc: @RBI
