@SpinTelAU please check CVC utilisation at the closest POI to Footscray VIC. I have it on good authority it’s over utilised which is contributing to my underwhelming upload speeds. Technical teams via your Customer service have not been timely with restoration

@SpinTelAU every night peak family viewing our internet drops out without fail everyday. We have had an engineer out who has checked all connections which are fine. Didn’t have this with Telstra- please fix it or we are leavingRelated Services
