@SCE u guys claim I nvr have money in my acct when I have NEVER missed a payment, nor have I had insufficient funds, so now I have 2 pay an extra $1.65, 2 pay my bill. If u do that 2 the ~15,000,000 California residents that you serve, that's ~$24,750,000 profit a MONTH Sleezy!

Hey @SCE what's up with u always saying I had a returned ✅️fee when I have the funds, then punishing me by making me pay a fee ea time I pay my bill for the nxt 6mo? My bill isn't even due until the 18th, yet here u are AGAIN, claiming my payment was returned for lack of funds.

@SCE I got a huge surprise bill! Happened to me last year too. Your building is closed for customers to talk to a rep. When I made payment plan arrangements I still got notifications that my bill was past due? What the heck is going on!!!???
