Dear @SlackHQ folks, some anon upgraded my server to a pro plan 2 days ago. Your pro plan admins are forced to use 2fa, which forced me to use it, which I didn't want to do. Today they (anon) downgraded it to a free plan, so now I can go remove 2fa. This was a terrible UX.

@QuinnyPig @SlackHQ My experience differs. Applying dating app UX to the Slack app has suddenly made it way easier to keep abreast of the many Slack rooms I am apart of. It’s genius - who would have thought. The desktop app on the other hand feels like a downgrade.
