@SlackHQ I saw your reply to someone else regarding this same issue and tried the Help > Troubleshooting > Clear cache and exit option within the app and that seems to have brought back the Close icon.

@SlackHQ It is like you redesigned Slack for ppl who only have to participate in single ws in a couple of channels. You took Slack, which used to be OK (except for having terrible keybindings, like not using Cntrl/Apple+K for links!) for heavy use and re-optimized it for light use... /end

@SlackHQ On top of that, having to first click "Activity" and THEN drill down into Mentions/Threads/etc. adds even more clicks to an already click-filled molasses in the way of productivity (on top of the many clicks to switch b/w workspaces on the mobile app). 4/

@SlackHQ When you have to switch workspaces very frequently, both the Desktop app and mobile app make that very cumbersome. The "All workspaces" view which throws all channels together with no workspace-level hierarchy to organize them has zero value. So, the Slack workflow is so slow. 3/
