Hi,@ShopClues I have ordered a refurbished apple iphone 7 plus with account no. - 6395932168, I raised a refund for my order , refund initiated date is 02-01-2023 and your refund policy is 7 to 10 business days if we paid via credit card but still I don't have recieved my refund
