Anyone else find @SP_EnergyPeople extremely stressful? Back in March I stopped my DD and set up a SO with them because they kept taking three times as much money as they should have. A week later they still took a DD payment of almost £500 which I got returned. >
@SP_EnergyPeople I have repeatedly attempted to log in to our Scottish Power account since the 31st March and keep getting the same "general error" message on the screen.
Any suggestions?!
