@SP_EnergyPeople My complaint no: 8394718715/30 was closed to my satisfaction when I received a call saying I would receive bills every 28 days. This was never confirmed by email and has not happened. To say I am disgusted with the customer service is an understatement.

@SP_EnergyPeople Hi. The account is in my live-in landlords name who works 8am - 5pm. You really need to extend your call centre opening hours, pretty much every other business has extended hours for this situation. I'm guessing you're unable to speak too me, in his absence to resolve the issue?

@SP_EnergyPeople So, if the landlord works 8am - 5pm how is he supposed to resolve this issue? He cannot get any time out of work to call, this is absurd. Please offer a resolution to this matter so he can make contact with you.

@SP_EnergyPeople yet again I’m having to contact you to ask for a bill. Why is it so hard to send regular bills on the same day each month? I want to be able to assess my bills by my usage, not the amount of time that has passed between each bill.

@SP_EnergyPeople hi. I used to get my bills on the 8th every month. Last month I had to chase you up for one and got it on the 18th December. Obviously it was higher than normal as it was 10 days late. It’s the 19th Jan and still no bill. Do I have to ask every month now?
