@SP_EnergyPeople I already received emails from you a few weeks back threatening debt collectors as I had been unable to pay £50 of my bill due to your website going down, and I am now 5 days late paying my next bill because of whatever is going on here.
@SP_EnergyPeople please put me in touch with someone who can change my email address back to the right one and who can ensure this doesn’t happen again. It is kind of ridiculous to threaten me with debt collectors and then make it impossible for me to pay my bill.
@SP_EnergyPeople however last night I tried to log in to pay my bill and the same thing happened. The guy I spoke to today clarified that the email on my account had been changed, just like last week. It’s not me changing it, so it must be someone in your company, but why?
@SP_EnergyPeople just how many people do you have working today at your call centres? We’ve been on call with you now for 1hr 58m, of which about 10-15m has been talking to three people, none of whom can do both of (i) change the name on an account and (ii) take a payment!!
@SP_EnergyPeople My smart gas meter has not been sending readings since 4th November and my IHD is not working either. Multiple chats have been unable to help and you never call back.
