@SP_EnergyPeople Unfortunately the account is in my partners name and he works until 5, which is when your customer service team conveniently closes, and the payments team only understand pay or don't pay. We have spent hours trying to sort this out, and are getting nowhere.
@SP_EnergyPeople so we are now being charged a late payment fee for your staff giving misinformation over multiple phone calls, whenever we phone we're told it's sorted, then get further chasers. Horrendous customer service, no wonder people are so stressed over their bills!
@SP_EnergyPeople the worst customer service I have ever experienced! You've been asking us for payment for a period when we weren't tenants for months at this stage! The staff are useless and can't cope the minute it goes off script, it is atrocious, hours of our lives wasted!
