@Ryanair And would not pay to repatriate or arrange flights home for myself or my family when they left me stranded in Krakow when it went into lockdown, told us a aircraft would come to take us home it was cancelled via an email no help at all from them just left cost £1500 to get home.

@Ryanair what's going on with the webchat? 3 times this evening the connection has dipped, I've clicked the reconnect button and it's bumped me right back. Was sitting 4th in the queue and now I'm 14th? Hopefully have more luck on the phone tomorrow.

@archer_rs @Ryanair Don't forget the "Lift Music" when boarding the plane. Its horrendous. They would need to try hard to make it a worse experience. Don't put anything in the seat pockets and wear disposable gloves and you might be ok.
