@Ryanair big shout out to Ruben and his staff on flight FR3232 from Manchester to Malaga tonight, you handled a very difficult situation with two passengers who looked the worse for wear. We suffered a 90m delay, but most importantly they acted before the matter escalated

Two bookings, one went fine for my husband but for me or my son, had to pay £110 at the airport to get on the flights even though their system was not working. Placed a complaint with them, they do nothing. @Ryanair @MartinSLewis @CitizensAdvice
