@JioCare @reliancejio I got a fiber connection in Feb, paid advance for 3 months and on the 6th I got a bill for April. I tried reaching that guy who installed and gave me a connection but he shamelessly ignored my calls and msg. At least I need clarification on billing.

@reliancejio @JioCare लास्ट 1 महीने से Customer care में 5 बार कॉल करने के बाद भी मेरी इन्टरनेट समस्या का समाधान नहीं हुआ है. Customer care के लोग computer की तरह रटी हुई भाषा से अनेक बहाने बना देते हैं. दिल्ली में Jio की सर्विस केजरीवाल से भी बेकार हो गई है, क्या समाधान हो?
