@redBus_in Bus broke down around 12:30am. Waited for almost 2 hours but no alternative from bus owner. Later on he said he will first send mechanic to check the problem and then arrange alternative if required. Redbus don't need customers...time to switch to other platform

@redBus_in Refund complaint registered on 11th may at 2:14AM as bus got broke down after 10mins of ride. Redbus is not resolving the issue and not ready to refund even after waiting for 5 days. Everytime support ask another 24 hours.

@redBus_in On our way to Jaipur, the bus broke down around udaipur. It was around 1 am, and the driver asked us to move to another bus which was already full. And right now we are travelling in a bus full of crowd. we barely have a space to stand. This is such a poor service.

@redBus_in @redBus_in Your bus operator has denied my entry into bus saying my ticket got booked next to a female. Whats my fault in that? I have been charged 1500rs for a trip where my entry was denied my the operator. Plz process my refund immediately and take action against bus operator

@redBus_in I have booked a Bus ticket from Bangalore to Vijayawada on Friday night. But driver has denied my entry on bus due to some technical error and even he informed me that he told @redBus_in customer care to refund my money back. But still now @redBus_in didn't refund

@redBus_in Complaint id 25317077 Still not resolved driver not allowed to onboard to bus asked for additional charges of 500 ruppes already paid 1152 ruppes as per policy i can board with 2 luggage bags but driver not allowed and customer support is also fraud not resolving it .

For local passengers who would get down in between, it’s ok to help them comute. But they are taking more time for those local passengers to somehow fit them in driver cabin but no time to take small stop in between to facilitate long distance passengers.Let’s see if @redBus_in
