@redBus_in Your services are extremely pethatic. Travelling Delhi to Jalandhar by bus No UP 15 FT0306 which has broken at 1130 and still on road without any relief.Intercity smart bus customer care executive appears to be drunk and has no solution.Who is responsible for this?

I booked a bus( Noida to Delhi )for 12th May 2024.Amount got deducted aswell but the booking doesn't reflects on the App .There is no message /Mail from the app aswell .I can't even see any solution which can resolve my grievance on the app.Please help @redBus_in
