@redBus_in Received a call from Bhanu who was handling my complaint, she escalated the issue with the vendor partner who provided an unhappy travel service. I Appreciate Bhanu for email regarding the same. Looking forward to the fulfillment as per email.

@redBus_in I booked a ticket from Bangalore to Mumbai ticket# TT4859627714 and the bus has been broke down from past 2 hours in middle & I don't see any solution yet neither there is an alternative bus provided. I am traveling with a BP patient i need immediate assistance 1/2

@redBus_in When I called your CCR agent he said it will take 2-3 hrs more & there is no other option. If you want you can take other bus & we will not pay for that bus. What a worst service by Redbus. Completely not recommended to anyone

Booked a UPSRTC bus for Varanasi through @redBus_in. A bus arrives, we are asked to board by the driver and bus station staff after enquiring. On boarding we are told that our bus is cancelled. We were forced to buy new tickets. @redBus_in @UPSRTCHQ @upsrtc_lko
