Hi @Sangitamtravel and @redBus_in I am currently travelling by your bus no MH19CX8555 from Nagpur to Pune. AC of this bus seems to be not working properly. We pay as you wish but you are not even able to provide proper AC service during this peak summer. Pathetic service.

@redBus_in @orangetravels I am travelling right now from nagpur to hyderabd in AC sleeper BUS DOUBLE AXLE . However, the cooling of AC is disgusting at the rear end . BUS STAFF denied any help and said they r helpless as cooling is reduced due to ENGINE POSITION at the rear
