@redBus_in trying to track bus and the operator shouts at you ( operator is in a noisy place ) . I finally track bus to Panvel at 8:30 pm. Bus was supposed to resch Mumbai at 2:20 0m. Please blacklisf this operator. He is rude disorganised and overcharges .

@redBus_in Pathetic service on VRL transports booked through your web site . Pick up bus delayed . Main bus delayed . Passenger is in waiting room and someone calls up shouting at me for missing passenger . Bus is untraceable as bus number changed .
