Investigate @redBus_in @BlrCityPolice Was cheated by Redbus after booking a ticket online. Sri Renugambal travels from Madurai denied the booking and blamed it on Redbus. Very unsatisfied with the response of the aggregator. Issue still unresolved. @tnpoliceoffl

@redBus_in I am facing issue while booking bus ticket I am trying pay the amount but it is showing Fare_MisMatch error I have tried 2 to 3 travels bus but it is show same error for all plz check and let us know asap.

@redBus_in My train got missed from madurai yesterday and i faced many troubles due to the delay in arrival to madurai from rameswaram with arthi travels booked in redbus.. But there is no customer service support from redbus team.. They are saying it is normal.. Pathetic..

How often bus breakdown happen? How the customers are informed? What if the customers book dont have money to rebook with other means of transport. If refund is not done immediately? When will this injustice and robbery stopped? @sivasankar1ss @redBus_in @SuVe4Madurai

Ticket price from Chennai to Madurai are sky high as usual during the festival holidays. Booked tkt in Ratham Travels via Red Bus App for Rs2100 Just 1hr before the boarding time i got a sms from Bitla saying bus is cancelled due to Vehicle Breakdown. @redBus_in @sivasankar1ss
