@redBus_in why have u closed the complaint without providing any resolution. I want proper resolution to my complaint and a compensation for the trouble that I and my wife had faced traveling with Neugo.

@redBus_in I have shared the details over DM and it's been 12 hrs since the details shared but no resolution yet from the company. @abhibus have a much better support team than yours. That's why I always prefer them.
