@redBus_in I booked ticket from Surat to Jodhpur @jhakartravels in AC bus. due to marriage season rush they accept booking for AC bus even when they don't have bus. They provide a old sleeper bus and ask to sit in that with full fare of AC bus. Missed to attend function. Cheater

@redBus_in I booked a ticket for my brother, the bus was cancelled by the operator and he told me to cancel the ticket online for further booking. On cancelling refund initiated 50% only. customer service only ivr is there no human is working for redbus Pathetic services.
