@redBus_in How long will it take for u guys to delve in this matter and sort it out. If one cancellation can be refunded in one hour after cancellation than why is it taking a week almost and yet not refund being processed for the other cancellation.

@UPSRTCHQ @redBus_in I have booked a ticket on May 1st from Farrukhabad to Delhi through redbus but my bus was cancelled and redbus dint even informed about it and now it's been 5 days and still my refund for that ticket has not been processed.ticket₹TT5Y42157811

@UPSRTCHQ @redBus_in I again booked ticket using redbus from Delhi to farrukhabad on May 2nd and again my bus wa cancelled and again no intimation from redbus but atleast this time my refund was processed in an hour after bus cancellation. So u it's taking so long to refund the first one

@redBus_in my bus timing with @nuegoindia was 11.55 , m still waiting. Its almost 1.30 hours. Buses of @nuegoindia with later timing has come & gone. No one is responding

Hi @redBus_in PNR: 3862754 Jaipur (Rajasthan) to Delhi is confirmed with NueGo for March 26,2024 Bus tkt was cancelled due to non availability of bus and refund is still pending. Pathetic service.
