Journey and moreover when I tried reaching to customercare no. 9945600000 there was no response either. My money is deducted andthere has been no refund as of now Please find the ticket details and attached pdf file . @prakashsangam @redBus_in

WhenI reached at the boarding point (Raja Nawab Ali Marg, Khayali Ganj, QaisarBagh, Lucknow) I was told that there is no such bus available, one non AC Bus (UP78 H T4144) was present there but driver and conductor said no Dear @prakashsangam @redBus_in
