@redBus_in Bkd train tkts Chennai to Salem. Opted red rail guarantee as tkts WL. Tried to cancel within 20 min as retn tkts not avlbl (no RR guar avlbl) abt 1000 deducted on Rs.2700 tkt. Even irctc doesnt charge so much for cancln of WL tkt. Cust servc cannot resolve. Terrible

I had booked a bus thr @redBus_in from Chennai to Ramnad, the supposed depart time was to be 7.40 from Chennai it's more than 3 hrs and still the bus hasn't left Chennai. Horrible experience @redBus_in

@redBus_in I am a frequently using redbus for my travel. But now a days I am facing many issues with redbus service. I have booked a bus for 1500, I thought the bus will be good. But the bus and seat was completely dirty. It was a disgusting travel.

@redBus_in Hi krithika,I travelled in a bus called National travels yesterday, from Chennai to Dindugul. The operator was very unruly and rude to me unnecessarily all I asked was which bus to hop in since two buses are there at the boarding point.
