@redBus_in I have booked a Bus ticket from Bangalore to Vijayawada on Friday night. But driver has denied my entry on bus due to some technical error and even he informed me that he told @redBus_in customer care to refund my money back. But still now @redBus_in didn't refund

@redBus_in is not a safe option for women travelling alone. Plz avoid. Had first hand experience of leaving passengers stranded in the middle of the night. And now redbus doesn't allow you to rate the service. Horrible service and a support option managed by BOTS. Best avoided.

@orangetravels 9.40 PM,5th May boarding at EastEnd Bengaluru-Mangaluru canceled with short notice of 1 Hr. I complained both operator n @redBus_in for refund. No response. RedBus say they raised complaint n request for refund, but no reference number by them. PNR No: 18XXXXX31

@redBus_in I do agree that the cancellations are un foreseen. But the way the operator has handled and no response from there plus Redbus unable to acknowledge even my complaint is disgusting and irritating. Sending you the details through DM

@redBus_in The issue has not been resolved. Redbus has agreed to give 50% of the refund, saying that the bus arrived 3 hours late. But there was no way for the passengers to know that the bus is going to arrive or not. We were kept in dark as all the phone numbers provided were switched off

@redBus_in I do not agree to accept 50% refund, as I couldn't travel and had to book another bus next day which wasted my time, and I had to pay another bus operator to take me to Chennai. The only right solution here is to provide 100% refund, and assurance that such scene won't.. (1/n)
