Been a customer of @Rackspace for years. Closed account due to the business closing down and they continue to bill us. What was responsive support is now non-existent and we can't get the money back. I literally have a signed form saying what final payment should have been.

Had the strangest experience with @Rackspace . Server running SaaS website goes down. Informed that can't be fixed or accessed, IP address lost and only solution is to rebuild piecemeal from scratch from OUR various backups. What about RAID?? Days offline, revenue lost. BAFFLING!

Been with @Rackspace since 2016. In Oct, 2023, my credit cards were stolen, and apparently, I forgot to update my credit card on file. So after 8 years of paying my bill, all it took was a few missed payments for these guys to shut my account down and send me to collections

@dark_axl @itdeterror Yo trabajo en @Citibanamex desde hace un año y nunca visitaron mi domicilio o pidieron foto pero si en una empresa de TI no recuerdo si fue #kio_networks o #rackspace , no me gusto eso y los mande a volar !!!
