@QuickBooks They have been deleted. I have 2 case #s. @QuickBooks I have 2 filed complaints about my employees NEVER receiving their W2s from u. You’ve never resolved the situation. Do I need to take it to the next level w/the IRS or legal action? All we want r our W2 forms that we paid for.

@QuickBooks I have requested from you numerous times that you mail my employees their W-2 forms & you never have. I shouldn’t have to do what I’ve already paid you good money to do. YOU hired a 3rd party & they failed you. You continue to fail me & my employees. Why?

@QuickBooks you’ve known there’s a payroll issue INV for years and it’s still not fixed! Yet you want to charge full price for partial service….I figured out the problem before your CS rep did and they were no help, no resolution
