@QuickBooks I have been on the phone for 2.5 hours with Alma and Vanessa. They keep saying that there is no way to contact the back end team that is reviewing the transaction. My customer paid $100k on Wednesday and cannot understand why I have not received the payment to ship their order.

@QuickBooks I have been on the phone for two hours now with a service rep for payments. Transaction drawn from my customer’s acct Wednesday and has not been deposited. Cannot get an answer to when/why funds haven’t hit. Super frustrated. Customer is mad that we haven’t shipped their order.
