@PlannerSean @PublicMobile Wow!! I've been with Public Mobile for about a decade (or more) and never had dropped calls (granted that's in the city) - could be I don't use my phone for calls as much as you do (obviously) but still - we're in the same city (ok ok.. I'm in Scarborough..) too!
I switched from Fido to @PublicMobile a few months ago and saved a bunch of money. However, I have never had so many dropped calls as I have with Public. 3 dropped calls today and I can’t think of a single one in 20 years with Fido.
@mousky1967 @PublicMobile Part of my job since 2010 has been getting cell towers approved and I have no idea.

@PublicMobile Hello! Do you provide any type of support via DMs/messages? I have been trying to update a payment method online for two months (with different credit cards) and the website keeps giving this error: "Sorry, we’re not able to process this request at this time."
