@TaranQ Maybe terror cells already be operating in the US and have been for awhile. Maybe those fires at food production plants and outages at power generation facilities weren't some government conspiracy but instead terror attacks.

@bents_jd @a4waystop @XcelEnergyCO They have been doing this for decades in other parts of the country. I live in the mountains and would much prefer preventing wildfires, over the inconvenience of short term power outages. What did we do throughout human history, until about a hundred years ago?

@jocewest @XcelEnergyCO In that same instance, public knew the same thing Xcel did about the weather, high winds usually cause power outages. The weather is also unpredictable to a degree and I think they did good by mitigating a serious fire risk once they realize it posed an actual threat. People…

@jcsbts These are not considered rolling outages. The duration will last into at least noon tomorrow until wind and fire risk subside, and we are able to physically inspect the power lines to ensure public safety.
