Power outage in Pacaltsdorp George since 03h20 at least, maybe longer. Power went off, on, then off again. Stayed off. Definitely unscheduled. Finally able to report at 7:20 this am. Seems @george_mun had no knowledge of it? How's that even possible? Lady said she'd report it?
